Is this software or a service?

Both, in sequence. Right now you get concierge fulfillment (Drive + spreadsheet, we chase and extract). The product replaces the manual layer as it ships. Same vault outcome either way.

Do you replace my broker or licensing board?

No. CertChase organizes and chases paperwork. Your broker, carriers, and licensing boards stay where they are. You remain responsible for compliance decisions.

Who is the pilot for?

US GCs and remodelers — typically Ops or PMs — with roughly 15–200 active subs. If you're smaller or much larger, still apply; we'll say if it's not a fit.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Pilot has no long contract. If it isn't worth the chase time it saves, cancel.
