Is this software or a service?

Software. CertChase is a live COI + trade license vault with upload, status board, chase, and weekly digest. Optional onboarding help (a free 10-cert hand-run) is available if you want a human to help you get set up — not a substitute for the product.

Do you replace my broker or licensing board?

No. CertChase organizes and chases paperwork. Your broker, carriers, and licensing boards stay where they are. You remain responsible for compliance decisions.

Who is the pilot for?

US GCs and remodelers — typically Ops or PMs — with roughly 15–200 active subs. If you're smaller or much larger, still apply; we'll say if it's not a fit.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Pilot has no long contract. If it isn't worth the chase time it saves, cancel.
